A friendly and welcoming group of carers who are compassionate, capable, and dependable, with the common goal of providing high-quality care and support so you can enjoy life and spend more time with the people you care about.

Universal Resolutions Ltd. serves the counties of Kent, Medway, and Maidstone, as well as the surrounding areas. We want to care for you and support you as if you were a member of our own family, so that you can achieve the highest level of autonomy and contentment in your life.

Edna Sheldrake is the current director of Universal Resolutions Ltd. She has worked in the care industry for a long time and has gained experience in all of its subfields. She has always had a strong desire to care for others and has found great fulfilment in making a positive difference in the lives of those around her.

This positive impact inspires her, and it is this inspiration that drove her to develop Universal Resolutions. A fundamental principle of the organisation is that you or a member of your family should be the focal point of all aspects of the care provided.
